Computer Repair and Service Rates

Our general computer repair and services are billed at $75 for the first hour and $50 per additional hour. These rates are the same regardless if the work is done on-site or in our service center. We do not charge for travel and we offer free pick up and delivery in our service area. Parts are billed at actual cost.

Some services that generally take over an hour can be billed as fixed rate to save you money. These services are listed below.

• PC Tune Up (flat fee) $85
• Data Recovery (up to 4 gigabytes) $135
• Reformat , Reinstall (all drivers/updates) $85
• Backup, Reinstall, Restore $135
• Virus, Spyware, Malware Removal $135

We offer 1 hour response Emergency Service for $125 for the first hour and $75 per additional hour.

Other services such as programming, training, cable drops, website development, phone support and remote services have rates that vary depending on the job. Call us to get an estimate on these jobs.

Payment is due on date of service. We accept the following forms of payment:
